Skill Project

International studies and research have found out that ICT companies’ workforce are, in general, lacking in soft skills. The focus of employers and Human Resources manager has traditionally been more on the technical hard skills needed in this field, overlooking those transversal and interpersonal skills which instead can play a large role in an organisation’s effort to reach their success. Day by day, leaders of these organisation are becoming more aware of the importance of soft skills but often they do not have the resources needed to properly train their workforce in this field. This is even emphasized by the crisis induced by the Covid-19 pandemic.
